World Mental Health Day 2018

Suicide and mental health is at a crisis point for Travellers.  As our mental health worker and Traveller man Pa Reilly says young Travellers are growing up seeing and hearing about suicide and mental health issues on a daily basis.

Traveller suicide is nearly 6 times higher than the settled population and accounts for 11% of all Traveller deaths.

“In this day and age this is totally unacceptable for any community and my community should be no different,” says Pa Reilly.
