The key element of Pavee Point’s role with Roma people is the delivery of a FÁS-LTI training programme for Roma, which aims:
To provide participants, representatives of the local Roma community, with a forum for understanding and learning, with a view to integrating marginalised members of the community more fully into local life and with the skills to access further training and or employment opportunities.

- Applicants must have reached the current statutory school leaving age.
- No minimum education levels, formal or non-formal required.
- Interest in Travelling Community culture, human rights and development and advocacy of same.
- Commitment to learn and progress.
